Los pensamientos negativos pueden ser igualmente da\u00f1inos, significa abstenerse de causar da\u00f1o a uno mismo o a otros, ocasionando dolor o da\u00f1o en el pensamiento, la palabra y los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>El valor de la No violencia construye ciudadanos solidarios y responsables, listos para aprender c\u00f3mo aliviar el dolor de los dem\u00e1s y cooperar en un esp\u00edritu de uni\u00f3n. Las habilidades positivas para encontrar soluciones, la tolerancia y aceptaci\u00f3n de las diferencias, el cuidado de los recursos naturales de la Tierra y el servicio desinteresado a los indigentes y enfermos, todo se logra cuando la No violencia se convierte en un punto de enfoque importante para los estudiantes. La no violencia es un estado de conciencia en el que el individuo experimenta la unidad esencial y la unidad de toda la
